  • Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund will be granted if participation is cancelled on or before September 7, 2026.
  • 50% of the conference registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made from September 8 to September 15, 2026.
  • No refund will be offered for cancellations on or after September 16, 2026.
  • Notes
  • Students are required to present their student ID cards for identity verification upon check-in. Students refer to currently enrolled undergraduate, master's and doctoral students, excluding postdoctoral researchers.
  • Conference materials and lunch will be provided to registered participants at the venue. Speakers and invited guests of the seminar are exempt from registration fees.
  • After registered participants complete the registration, the system will issue invoices based on the billing information provided during registration and send them to the reserved email addresses.

Abstracts selected for poster presentation will be assigned to poster sessions on the afternoon of September 20 or 21. Detailed arrangements will be sent by email after the on-site registration deadline (August 23, 2026).

Poster Requirements:
• Size: 1.5 m (height) × 1.2 m (width), portrait format.
• Poster background must be white.
